OSS FZC has dedicated riggers on site to assigns job tasks according to loading and unloading schedules, and observes loading of conveyance to determine conformance to loading patterns and to prevent shifting or damage to materials or products during transit.

Riggers are highly specialized in moving jobs that cannot be accomplished by ordinary means and use equipment expressly designed for moving and lifting objects weighing hundreds of thousands or even millions of pounds or kilograms in places where ordinary material handling equipment cannot go. Because of the highly specialized nature of the work riggers do, it is learned by on the job training.
